Great store! Great selection! Sadly have not been met with very good customer service when at this location. The lady worker behind the counter has been hit or miss out of the three times I've been in she's only ever been polite once the other two times I felt like I was bothering her being in there. Asking questions like "what do you want?" With a sharp tone. I've worked customer service my whole life so I definitely get some people have bad days but I've just never had such a rude experience in a cannabis store before. And I'm sure their other staff are nice as I see lots of good reviews for them just seems like I might have gotten the bad apple

I went to the store to buy some pre rolls on Sunday morning, was charged for 3 General Admissions Tiger Blood, 1 good supply Golden guy pre roll and another pre roll but was only given 2 Tiger Blood, the female employee said I could only get 2 Tiger Blood because that's all it could fit in the limit, yet I was charged for 3 Tiger Blood, so got ripped off for 25.00, guess I had to treat the employee for 1 free pre roll without my knowledge, so lame. I realized I was overcharged after I had already left. I wanted to get 3 Tiger Blood pre roll, but was told that it would be over the 30g limit along with my other items, so was only given 2, yet I was charged for 3. Total rip off.
