They only have one till and 3 employees working. It took over 12 mins to get served and another 15mins to wait for the one till to pay. It was a bit busy so I understand but why only one till. Service would be way better and faster with 2 tills to pay. Plus the guys working there are kinda weird and not the best service. I was a frequent customer spending 50$ 3 times a week for over a year and iv seen the service not improving but getting worse! In saying this i will be taking my business else where I'm sick of waiting 20 mins in a crampt store for something that takes a few mins in and out.
When Canna Cabana was new, it was great. They had a broad selection of products and fantastic prices, even with their free membership. Now, in order to their "guaranteed" lowest price, you have to purchase a membership to pay ONE CENT less than their competitors sell the same product for. Their menu is only accessible on a big touch screen that is so high on the wall I could hardly reach the options, and it feels kind of weird that everyone in the store can see exactly what categories and products you're looking at.
Their accessories definitely aren't the lowest prices either.
I doubt I'll be returning.
I went in and had some questions about what would work for me. Andrew was very knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction. I will be shopping here every time I go visit Lethbridge!
Andrew and Taylor , they are the best ever, always love talking to them, great guys, good with suggestions. I will always leave satisfied as long as these two are here, sucks the close at 10 though
Brianna is amazing! I'm definitely coming back just for their customer service. She signed me up for the elite service, which I highly recommend since it has saved me so much money. Can't wait to come back again!
