I've been going to Mountain for some time now & I'm normally served by another young man, who is always so happy & polite. I came in tonight & asked one simple question & the condescending attitude I received by Max, was so rude, that I had to tell him so. I mean, if it weren't for customers, he wouldn't have a job! But then, he proceeded to tell me now I'm getting his attitude & that was the last he spoke. I was the better person & thanked him when he gave me my product. I won't be back & I'll make sure to let all my friends & family know too. Wow! I left speechless as I am more than twice his age, no respect whatsoever!!

Been coming here for a long Time , each visit is 100 points , my loyalty stays true to them all the staff knows me and feels like family , I really suggest you stop by they bong accessories last long even when you drop it on the concrete I was shock , this place is fire and closes at 12!

I have been coming here for 2 years. I never had a problem. I received an empty container for 2x1g and they wouldn't give me a refund nor the same product. Instead giving me the runaround. Im never coming back again you guys just lost a long term customer. Yes price is cheap but if you have a problem and you paid already your not getting your product or money back. I would rather pay more and I know my items are correct
