Super creepy to young girls and cant do refunds?? I bought a 1g cart for apptox $40. I got home and opened it and it was a .5 cart. I went all the way back to return it. The older guy said he couldnt take it back as the package was opened. I told him i only opened it as i assumed you sold me what i asked for and paid for. So then i told him that the .5 he sold me was $19.99 so if he wanted he could give me a 2nd one and then id have my 1g for approx $40. He said ok. Then he looked up my file and said theres no vape for the $41.57 or whatever it was so i didnt buy it there. (Literally 15 mins before). I had to pull up the website on my phone and show him how $39 plus gst would be equal. Then he said they dont sell the $19.99 ones so i had to show him that and calculate gst for him. I felt like crying. It seemed like i was just getting screwed. It took almost 30 mins for him to finally just say he doesn't understand and gave me the 2nd cart. Im not sure whether it was a scam or he is really just that bad at his job. Also, before i bought the 1st carr he was being suprr creepy to a 18yr old girl. He kept commenting on her age and saying how pretty she was. She kept backing up and looking at me nervously. She also was looking for recommendations as she had only done edibles before and he had 0 idea. Why is a person who knows nothing about cannabis selling cannabis???? Cash grab much? Save ur $$ and go elsewhere for cheaper, more knowledgeable, less ..

Went in and the budtender was busy talking to one person only, she just ignored everyone else..stood in line for about 10 mins with no acknowledgement or anything. I had to walk out and leave to go somewhere else. I understand that staff want to be friendly and personal, but if you are ignoring a line up of people waiting to purchase some green and you are only focused on person who already paid for their stuff and was done just doesn't sit well with me. This was my first time at this store and I don't think I'll be back again due to this.
