Normally not too busy, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and typically a very good selection.
Update: Unfortunate how much worse this place is now, unknowledgeable and slow staff make it a painful experience.
Staff are all awesome, great selection and always provide great recommendations if I'm not sure what I'm after, highly recommended if you aren't sure what you need, or want good product for a good price.
