Paid $33 for a plastic container. Since I didn't open it in my car to check no refund
Used to be my go to place stopping by multiple times a week, especially on Tuesday for their deals.
I purchased a vape cartridge today and the cylinder it was in is empty.
Since I didn't open it in my car and did when I got home no refund can be given, even though I live 5 minutes away and came right back afterwards. In total was probably there and back in 10 minutes.
If you still choose to shop here please open anything you have in the car before you leave (not sure what a cop would think about open marijuana in the vehicle) or else they will just take your money if it is empty.
Extremely disappointed the lady at the front treated me like a criminal. You think being a customer who comes in weekly to support local would at least be taken seriously. :(

UPDATE The nice people at Canna Cabanna told me to contact Nugz directly by email and I did and got my money back :)
I will still be driving 4x farther to Canna Cabana in the future since they were s9 helpful
Nice little locally based store to visit with good selection and decent prices compared to a lot these days. The staff are always welcoming & friendly unlike a lot of dispensaries, where the workers seem lifeless, uneducated and/or like they couldn't care less whether you're there or not. Sarah, who I usually see when I go in the afternoons, is always really nice and super knowledgable if I ever have any questions!
Also unlike a lot of very bland and plain stores it's always been a pretty cute little store that always has a nice layout with all different cool cannabis posters and product signage.
The employee by the name Jay is the most honest person I've come across , and I've been shopping here for 5 years now . If you have any questions, he's the guy you want to see . 10/10 service today
Was just in. I always show a picture of what I want, employee was nice enough. Gave me two options, one a brand I had before. Said I would take it. He didn't show me the product before I paid, as I was walking out it was an item with no THC (my pic had 20mg) so I said I would exchange it for the other one.
Unfortunately, he apparently could do nothing for me. Other than offer me a discount on a product like the one I actually wanted. I asked if he could at least contact someone. He said wouldn't make a difference.
Again nice enough, but now I am stuck with a 30 dollar product I do not want because the employee made a mistake.
Would change my review if contacted by store for a refud on the unopen product that was in my hands less than a min when I realized it was wrong...didn't even leave the store. Paid, looked and noticed and asked to exchange based on employees mistake.
Was looking to send an email to the company to get a refund. Couldn't find one on website. So this is the next best place.
As apparently 'legislation by govt" is the reason, if you are buying from this location ensure you check product before purchase. Wish I had, but employee didn't hand it to me till after it was purchased.
Jay is super helpful & makes it easy to make decisions. He seem to know everything in the huge inventory
