For context i was the only client in the store as someone walked out as I walked in; Was out of town passing thru to grab some pre rolls and received some of the worst service to date. It was as thou I was inconveniencing him when I walked in, no hello, welcome or otherwise. So I approached the counter and he was in his phone and still no acknowledgment, so I addressed him asking for my product. Then he proceeded to ask for my phone #, says to me" oh I don't have that here"…. Last minute I asked for a lighter so he just grabbed one a proceeded to run it all thru, not once offering your member pricing, or even how to go abt it. No total repeated back to me just a point to the machine to pay. No customer service during the entire interaction. Do better!!

Price and items are always on point but the staff at this location always seem to be depressed or shocked to see an indigenous person wearing jeans and cowboy boots Lol
