I love coming to canna cabana Shane is always so helpful and knowledgeable. He has always been able to help me find just the right lotions and edibles for my 92 year old grandpa to help him with pain. Very much appreciated. Thank you
Customer service sucked! Employee 242 as on the receipt was horrible. Didn't seem to impressed with my purchase. He needs a little help with his Customer service skills. Or better yet get out of the Customer service sector. Will never be back.
Eveytime I'm there the staff has been solid! Shane is always on the mark with getting me something within my budget and is always knowledgeable with what I may be looking for.

Walked in buddy was very rude continued playing around on phone seems put off the fact a customer had a question in my opinion I would not have someone like that in a customer service sales position. Then the fact you need a membership to buy from some of the cabinets in there for $35 a year is just absolutely stupid sell your pot and have customer service and you would not need a subscription service to keep you from bankrupt. Save your money and shop else where they are overpriced to start with
I recently visited Canna Cabana for the first time and had a fantastic experience. Shane was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to engage in a meaningful conversation, which made my visit all the more memorable. It's clear that he enjoys working there, and his enthusiasm really added to the positive vibe of the store. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for both the great service and the welcoming atmosphere!
