Usually a great place to shop for all of your THC related wants. However, I was here a few weeks ago and purchased 5 or 6 items. When I got home, I realised that one of my items was missing from the bag I was given. The next time I visited the store, about a week later, I brought it up to one of the clerks and I was told that they would leave a note for one of the managers to look into it, never heard back. Brought it up again during the visit after that, the clerk went to the back to speak to a manager, came back out, and I was just given a flat "Sorry, there's nothing I can do for you"
No attempt of any kind to try and look into it, as far as I could tell, just a flat ol' "Too bad, so sad"
I read another review on here about customers getting flack from management for trying to exchange a cracked bong. Seems like there may be a bit of a trend at this location when it comes to management not handling returns, exchanges, and/or missing items very well.
Make sure you check that ALL of your items are in your bag before you leave this store, otherwise you'll be out a $30+ purchase.
Store is awesome. Always have great service. But we bought a bong from here. Was back in an hour cause we noticed a crack in the neck of the bong. And the "manager" tried to say we broke it on purpose and pretty much blamed us. Which is awful customer service. We weren't asking for a refund which we should have after the way she acted we just wanted an exchange. And before we left she had to check is which is all fine and dandy but she just had to include " I don't need you coming back saying that this one's broken too" once again blaming us. Which like we just bought it. Why even say it ? Do the exchange and move on. It's a simple easy fix. No need to treat a customer who just spent over $200 in store like that.
The store itself is great. But the manager is terrible. Asked for an ounce and kept repeating wow it's 33.5% thc and it's under $100. But once I opened it, it was clear that it wasn't 33.5%. It's 23.5% and can't be returned 30 seconds after purchase. Anytime there's any issues with products she gets mad at the customer and then says she has no boss.
