Edit: The manager has reached out and offered to fix this situation. It seems like the staff may have been new, mistakes happen. Thanks! Will update review to 5 stars once I have one more good experience with them.
I went into this establishment on Dec 23 as I was travelling through the holidays. The set up they have is a paper menu, and you don't see your product until you are at the register (budtender sends the order to cash register via tablet)
We ordered about $100 worth of cannabis, and ordered a specific brand in a dried flower 3.5 format, which we were charged for. The person at the till did not show us our product before stuffing it in the bag, and no receipt was provided. When we got on the road, about 30 mins later we checked and realized that we were short 3.5g and up one preroll. The brand was the same, however there was about a 40 dollar difference, on top of the wrong strain.
I called Indicative as soon as I found out, and told him the mistake. He told me that I would HAVE to bring it back that day, even though I said I'd be coming back through on Boxing Day, and we were already nearly 40 mins away from the shop. I asked him to give my number to the manager and to get him/her to call me when she/he is back in the office, he agreed. I still have yet to receive a call from them and I am willing to adjust this review if I am contacted.
