This was the nicest cannabis store that I have visited. Very clean and well kept store with a perfect location inside Union Station. Very chill vibe with friendly staff. I really enjoyed the presentation and the pricing is great. Will visit again when I am back in Ontario.

I recently visited Fika and unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed with the level of service and atmosphere. From the moment I entered, there was a palpable sense of unwelcomeness.The staff (Mr. Quentin) seemed disinterested and unengaged, making minimal effort to assist customers. When I attempted to ask for help or inquire about products, I was met with curt responses and dismissive gestures. Moreover, the overall ambiance of the shop was cold and unwelcoming. There was little to no effort made to create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. It felt more like a transactional space rather than a place where patrons are valued and appreciated.As someone who values excellent customer service and a warm atmosphere, my experience at Fika fell far short of expectations. I would not recommend this shop to others seeking a positive retail experience.

Incompetent staff girl. I was in this shop for 5 times, and I was always treated very well. But we get to today, I was trying to buy some items, and the tall girl asked me for the document. I replied that I did not have my passport because I was going to work and I never take it with me, and I was kicked out. I came back and I showed my Italian document stating that I was 22 years old, and I was told I wouldn't be served anyway because I had a discuss with this tall girl in blue jumper. I don't understand why I've been hunted in this barbaric way, having spent so much money in this dispensary, and having created a good relationship with other employees, like the Irish guy. I hope it will be the last time something like this happens or I will be forced to change dispensaries.

visited for the first time today and davin is a g! super friendly and knowledgeable, and he gave me a lot of info about the rewards program. only checked out dab pen cartridges but they have pod and 510 options, a variety of solid strains, and cool accessories at the back as well. kinda expensive but it's nice in there, they have a pretty solid rewards program, and location is so convenient that i would definitely recommend! the id guy at the front kinda has weird/rude energy but it was 2 seconds so i guess it doesn't really matter

An amazing dispo sitting in the heart of union station. An amazing inside with a beautifully elegant layout. I didn't catch the staff members name who helped me but he was a great budtender. Very very knowledgeable about products and super friendly. I had mentioned I was going to a concert and knew just the things to show me. As a fellow budtender this is amazing to see Would absolutely stop by again
