Got some sick weed today. Joi Botanicals Jet fuel Funk. 31%thc and the most terpenes I've ever seen. First joint was amazing! This stuff is totally worth it. I'm a heavy smoker with big tolerance and it hits. Very nice. Thanks Firestone. I'd love to know any time this strain is on sale. 😁
Went and bought a 20 pack of pre rolls and they were all moldy. Took them back right away and said they couldn't take it back but leave your name and phone number and we'll get back to you. That was over a month ago. So I recommend going somewhere else, like Millet's Budz and Roses where they have taken care of issues like that without any hassle to the customer.
Sold me a faulty cartridge then when I tried to exchange it they told me
"yeah a lot of the cartridges got messed up in the heat wave we can't help you"
They know they have faulty stock and will still sell it to you Just flushed $70 down the drain
I'm a local and have had to produce my ID not once, but twice to the SAME staff member. I personally feel he enjoys making going there a MISERABLE experience. I choose their sister shop, Wetaskiwin Cannabis as the Customer Service is beyond exceptional.
