The first staff member was condescending; the second was helpful. Very helpful. I was convinced that the product I purchased was midlone or above average. The product I received was brown, and overly dried to the point at which the fragrance was nearly absent. Almost like product that has sit on a shelf for a year. Unimpressed.

Whatever lady they had in the store does NOT know the products or even where to find them. And since she did not know what Pre roll I was trying to describe N SHOWED her on the stores website. She still could not find it and then proceeded to answer the phone while in the middle of helping me. So glad this 20 minute interaction left me without any weed due to her wasting MY LUNCH BREAK searching. Will not be shopping at this location again solely due to this interaction. If i come in looking for a specific item and knowing the name. The employee should be able to find it within minutes. Especially when I can describe the product and the packaging to a T.
