I cannot say enough good things about the lovely girls that work here. Not only are they knowledgeable and passionate about the cannabis industry, but they also do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and heard. Every time I have been in this store, the ladies working have always given me their best advice and AMAZING recommendations. The store is always clean and organized and they always have new and unique products to try. My boyfriend and I were looking for a very specific vaporizer and one of the wonderful ladies who works here (I don't know her name but she knows who she is) put our name down on a wait list. Instead of making us wait, THEY ORDERED IT FOR US!! We could not find this product anywhere else and they went above and beyond to make sure we we were satisfied and found what we were looking for. Not only did they get us our product quickly, but they also notified us when it came in and we're just as excited as we are to get it! These ladies are absolutely killing it and if I could leave 6 stars I would. Overall a great store with even better staff working there!!

I was in the store for the first time today and was served by Ivy. I work in the disability sector and was shopping for a client and Ivy was extraordinarily helpful in helping find the right product for my client that would suit his tastes and also stay within his budget. She had some of the best customer service skills I have ever encountered and overall is just a very pleasant and enjoyable person to interact with. I'd highly recommend this store and judging from my experience with Ivy, they hire very well!

I've been to this location a few times since they've opened and I must say the lady there ivory who's helped me every time has top notch customer service. She is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and she always gives me the best recommendations. I have never been disappointed. This is truly my favorite dispensary that I've been to just by the experience of the customer service of the staff especially ivory. She always greets me with a big smile and makes me feel super comfortable. And I also wanted to mention that she always points me in the right direction to the product that's right for me and for my needs. This will be my dispensary from now on. Keep up the great work Ivory and staff at the sage Hill fire and flower. I will absolutely recommend this location to all my friends and family great job guys!
