STAY AWAY!!! No accountability. Used to be a faithful customer. Bought the same Big pleasures bubba kush Indica product for over a year with no problems. Went and purchased the same thing that I always do today and I then realize driving home without being told the grower changed from Indica to Sativa and changed strain to a lime skunk strain instead of Bubba kush. Completely different product. They have the files to show what I purchase evey week and can see my history...Called them and said I don't smoke sativa strains and was told no exchange on my sealed package of flower even though the receipt says so. Super dissatisfied and won't be back again. Expect more customer service after a long loyalty period and spending thousands of dollars. Oh well, they won't care and 100 bux wasted was my lesson. Thanks Fire and Flower...Ok store to shop at with some cool employees but definitely won't be back.
