The OG Fire & Flower cannabis retailer! Edmonton Namao was our very first cannabis store open to the public, and to date has more square feet than any of our other storefronts. Maximum size and maximum service; this store has a huge range of accessories such as vaporizers, grinders, pipes and even contraptions to decarb your cannabis and DIY it into oil or butter at home. Store is supposed to open at 10am. The last 3 times I've been to this location 15-30 minutes after opening and the doors are still all locked, lights are off as if no one is there, BUT the product is in the showcase so you know someone is there. Not gonna lie it's a little unprofessional if it was the first time I wouldn't be making a review but this is the 3rd time in the last few months. I feel bad for writing this but I'm a big fan of this store it's just sad that it's so inconsistent sometimes
I love Fire & Flower, but the Namao location is my go-to, all-time fave. The staff here are super friendly and informative. They always take their time with you to make sure you get everything you need and have tons of awesome product knowledge. I have never had a bad experience there - even if I have to wait in line 10 minutes, I know it's worth it because I know I will get the time and attention to do what I need to do. SPECIAL shoutout to Leon, Carl, and Viv!!! Every time I'm in, they seem to be there and ready to help. I'm grateful to see their friendly faces and chat when I stop by. Thanks for all that you do!
I realize mistakes happen though imagine how excited I was to specifically purchase the kiefer crystal on the outside of the joint preroll. What I was sold, was not this at all.
I had hoped maybe to be offered a discount on my next purchase, something because I even called in to nicely let them know their product is not what they said it was, and still, nothing.
This is a major mishap. I was influenced to purchase this item specifically because they said it had crystal around it. Imagine my dismay when there is no kiefer on the joint, and this is why I bought it! Get it!?
Absolutely worst store out there, the lady would not even acknowledge the customers even when I asked repeatedly for a menu.
I left and said awful service to only have the lady chase me out the store right to my vehicle !!!

Staff are always knowledgeable and informative. Always get the best price on products. Used to go to a competitor at a close location, but you guys have a wider selection and in nicer store. Best staff, best prices...can't say much more
