I just had the absolute pleasure dealing with Josh (agm?) who helped my mom and I find her product perfect. It's was because of his fantastic knowledge that we were able to find her new medicine. 100/10 recommend this location amongst all other stores.
I was in recently and met Jeffrey. He was so knowledgeable and helpful! My usual product was out of stock and he recommended an alternative, as well as other Co-op locations carrying the product. I didn't know Co-op carried CBD topicals for pain relief; Jeffrey suggested an excellent product to try.
The service here is always first-rate and staff are pleasant, professional and well-educated.
Been to this location a few times since it's close to where I go shopping and normally it's fine but the last time I went there a couple weeks ago there was a male employee who was openly rude to me and my partner for asking about the ingredients in the beverages. Store was empty and there was another employee there too and he told us we were wasting his time. Well his lucky day as he doesn't have to worry about us wasting his clearly very important time any more!
Josh, Jack, Kayla, Kai and Lady with cool hair all of them & everyone else always deliver stellar service and I always feel welcome, even tho I am a bit of a Rebel.

Been here a few times and always a pleasure to chat with Josh.
He's a very knowledge associate, and doesn't recommend his own favorites, but what I'm asking or looking for.
Prices are very reasonable at Co-Op, plus they have a large variety.
If you're new to the industry and want to speak to someone who won't judge or make you feel stupid, come down and see Josh, you won't regret it!
