"Online inventory is completely unreliable. Three times I've been already told that what I was able to ordered online was already sold out... two times it happened once I was already at the store for pick up... today at least they called me before. I've spent quite a bunch of money at this store during the last 6 months but this kind of issues, along with some few minor ones at the store (un-trained staff related) really bother me."
"Hours are posted 10a-2a but they are closed at 10:35p on Sunday. Customers were coming into the parking lot in droves as it is their peak evening hours. A women shouted from her car "we'll be open in 15 minutes" I've never seen any retailer have these kind of practices. Convenience must not be apart of their service model. Ridiculous."

Most of the staff are wanting to be helpful and patient if need be, but a few staff are passive, rude and really high off the stores product while working.
Look, I like weed as much as their employees but I also like good service from someone getting paid to provide that service. I came in looking for advice on different quantities of CBD, THC, Indica, Hybrids and sativa. I'm coding and want a very subtle lift and don't want to overdue it and actually get super high. Problem is with most people who use weed is that they don't give a $h!t what their taking and just need their fix. I smoke weed 2 times a year maybe, but prefer edibles. Point is I like to navigate all the options so I can achieve the vibe I am wanting to avoid becoming a zombie. Most of the staff are twitching. Being kind, patient and verbally clear doesn't get any of them to help a little better if you get a staff member like Laura. Sorry for my inconvenience, I thought this is where I get advice, didn't expect someone to say "I don't know man just pick something" otherwise I'd go to CO-OP down the street, cheeper there anyway. "I had a terrible experience at this location. Me and a friend arrived at the store in two separate vehicles and we intended to make separate purchases. Both of us are over 30 years old. My friend was refused service because he didn't have his ID with him thats fine. After a heated discussion with the bud tender I was told I can purchase cannabis only to be refused shortly after buy the manager for unknown reasons and i was told to come back in a few hours then I would be allowed buy. I had my ID I was buying for myself."
"Super friendly and very helpful. First time in a store and she helped me navigate all the products. She had so much knowledge on the products. She was super patient and I loved her beanie not sure of her name as I totally forgot but she was a small young lady wearing a beanie. Look for her when u shop."
