Today was my last visit, made the mistake of buying a lighter after my preroll purchase, even though I paid in cash the employee was visibly annoyed. Then proceeded to rush me off while I was looking in the lighter display section, but still had my preroll behind the counter. Rushing me away without even giving me my purchase!? I'd rather just pay more somewhere else and feel comfortable.

I've frequented this establishment numerous times, yet I find myself questioning why each time. Unfortunately, the recurring experience involves encountering rude and snarky staff who exhibit prejudiced behavior towards certain individuals. The manager's attitude is particularly disheartening; inquiries are met with unwarranted hostility. Despite spending considerable amounts during each visit, the lack of respect is evident. Furthermore, I've observed discriminatory behavior from a specific staff member, particularly towards Aboriginal people, which is unacceptable. It's disappointing that employees prioritize their paychecks over fostering a positive atmosphere and genuine customer care. As a business professional with connections, including the CEO of Canna Cabana, I'm concerned about the reputation of this franchise. It's evident that improvements in customer service and inclusivity are desperately needed.
