High prices 30% higher than other places (i usually pay 27-29 for something they charged $41) YES i have an account i see on other reviews you say oh if you have an account you save money well the vape was $42 without discount and $40 with discount so no its still not even close to other stores. Not sure what the percentage off you get with an account but i think its like 4 or 5% off. Not even close to the 30% needed to be comparable to others.

Ill keep coming here sometimes but not always and its only because its a good location and the workers are nice. Please consider lowering your prices to be more competitive. Alot of my friends have written off this place because of crazy high prices. I have lots of money so I dont care.
Great staff but very high prices. The staff is always willing to give a helping hand and help you find what's good for your money. They also have a member program , where you get a discount on your merchandise if your signed up. Great place and very clean and organized.
I was in the area on a trip with my community. I am from a small reserve in Northern Ontario called Wabauskang. Aho Miigwetch. I have some medical issues I take edibles for. I hurt my knee playing basketball when I was younger and don't like prescription pain killers. I am way off topic here lol but the store is fabulous and has lots of room to sit for large groups of people on tours from other countries etc that may want to check out a legal cannabis store in Canada. Very designer decor but relaxed vibe. I was very impressed. The customer service rep was very helpful, nice and humorous. Cheers for some great advice on what to get.
Worst experience of my life, I was overcharged $45 and when I came in to deal with It I was treated absolutely horribly. Once it was fixed and I received my refund I was never even offered an apology. I absolutely will be contacting their corporate office.
HELEN!! This store is so so cool and had some unique products. Specifically, Helen helped us and she was the perfect "budtender". She was incredibly helpful and had great recommendations and just all round made the experience better. High-ly recommend!
