"I've had good experiences for the most part the couple times I have been here, decent prices and quality. However, yesterday I had bought a vape cartridge and got home, tried it and its didn't work at all. Called them today to see if I could exchange it and they said there's nothing they can do and I have to try going through the manufacturer.... so like not gonna lie kinda disappointed in that service, cause now I'm out $35 and have a vape cartridge i can't even use.... honestly not sure if I am going to be wanting to go back because of this, im not overly impressed.
Edit: I decided to go into the location to try seeing of they would exchange the cartridge for me and they actually did, thankfully!! So face to face customer service is definitely good, I think just that one girl i talked to over the phone maybe didn't know what could be done or maybe she was thinking since its over the phone she can say whatever..
Needless to say, they took care of me and got me sorted out. I will definitely be returning! :)"
"Staff was great and friendly the ambiance is really nice too very clean and aesthetic but make sure when you buy something make sure to check the label if they got it right I bought a $40 weed pen and told her I wanted the hybrid strain i forgot what name it was but it has a higher THC that's why I wanted it instead she gave me a sativa strain that has lower THC i don't smoke sativa only hybrid or indica because I smoke to help me sleep we went back to get it exchanged but they said they don't do exchange or refunds but she didn't mention anything about that so just make sure to double check everything before you pay!"
