I always loved this place and the staff. Used to be a regular till I moved away a couple months ago. I like to come back whenever I can while on the area, even had a good convo with the owner of the place, told him he picked great employees, always lovely. I'm hoping to speak with the owner or atleast let him know that I wish to retract that previous statement as I've just met Tia. Tia is a real piece of work, horrible customer service and instead of a smile, will serve you attitude for no dang reason. Used to love this place but I'm thinking of starting to go elsewhere. I don't need random attitude from someone having a bad day. I used to go door to door selling Telus so I know what sales is like. It's not that hard to treat people with respect. If I ever decide to go back and she's there I'll just have to walk right out. I would've given this a 0 star based off that encounter alone but the rest of the place and people are seriously lovely and I have too much respect for them.

Fired my girlfriend and other friends by picking a name from a hat the owner left his wife for some employee he hired and the Grand Prarie store is gone to the trash. Don't reccomend shopping here
