This location is home to some of the most inconsistent and annoying staff, when it comes to checking for identification. They seemingly card you whenever they feel like and also deny you whenever they feel like. WILL not be going back here.
My friend and I were visiting Calgary from the states and happened to past by this location. We weren't sure what it was so decided to stop in and check it out. The dispensary is really clean and precisely laid out. We were able to browse product on the table, and the employees were there to also help us out and give us specialized advice. We knew roughly what we were looking for, so we asked about their edible selection. While the first employee didn't know if they had any vegan edibles (specifically without gluten), the other employee named Breanna, said that she thought they might have had some. In the meantime she suggested looking at some of the drink selections. I was hesitant about purchasing a drink, because I do not particularly like consuming beverages. However, Breanna's extensive knowledge and salesmanship convinced both my friend and I to try a drink. Breanna then looked through their edible selection and found an edible to meet my dietary needs. She also talked about ways to make their catalog more friendly for others with dietary restrictions. Overall, my friend and I had a wonderful experience at this store and would come back again if we were ever in the Calgary area.

Someone working there (i didnt catch thier name but they had short hair and alot of really cool pins on thier lanyard) helped me and a friend finding the right cart. We are new to smoking but they were so helpful and kind; answering all of our questions and even giving us stories of first had experiences. They really helped me learn more about live resin vs distilate and the difference between indica and sativa; to narrow down what I am looking for.
I normally buy from the Bridgeland location and I I say they are some of the best people I have ever dealt with. I went into this location with my bf who bought what he wanted and I was going to buy for myself when I was told I can't because we are a "group". I was disappointed and probably won't be returning to this location.
