"Recently went to the store got a 510 pen and 510 cartridge for a boys trip on the weekend and got home the 2 were not compatible and did not work. Went back to the store to get a refund and was told outright because there's no defective product I could not return my purchase.
There obviously was an issue and management put the pen together and realized there was an issue and would only allow me to return the pen and now I'm stuck with 2 useless cartridges and was unable to have a smoke with the boys. Had to go down the street the next day to spirit leaf and they gladly helped me with my problem and now I'm good to go. Thanks spirit leaf for your customer service"
"Always get the best product and best customer service compared to all the other dispensaries in Canmore.
However , everytime I go in the store I am treated like a brand new customer. I go in at least once a day sometimes twice a day and it's as if they are seeing me for the first time. It's nice going into a shop and the person behind the counter recognizes your face or your name. But here , the staff almost seems robotic as if they are just going through the script or process they are required to follow.
A little personal touch can go a long way!!"
