"Recently went to the store got a 510 pen and 510 cartridge for a boys trip on the weekend and got home the 2 were not compatible and did not work. Went back to the store to get a refund and was told outright because there's no defective product I could not return my purchase.
There obviously was an issue and management put the pen together and realized there was an issue and would only allow me to return the pen and now I'm stuck with 2 useless cartridges and was unable to have a smoke with the boys. Had to go down the street the next day to spirit leaf and they gladly helped me with my problem and now I'm good to go. Thanks spirit leaf for your customer service "
