The store is a decent store but a nightmare when Jackie is working. She talks over everyone including other staff. She makes fun of your purchases if she doesn't agree with them. I've overheard her tell female customers that the store is safe because men dont work there. Not cool. Its actually a relief to see her smoking outside because that means you dont have to deal with her. Otherwise great staff but we've avoided it because of that one staff member.

made an online order for pickup on August 29th 2025. drove over a half hour to get to the store only to find out that they took my money but dont have the product ive paid for. there was no offer to help make me happy with another product, i was just told there was nothing they could do for me. the assistant manager told me it would take 2-5 business days for my money to be refunded, and as of right now (September 14th 2025) i have still not received my refund. i was also told several times that i would be getting a call back to tell me what is going on, which never happens.
Rachel(?) has been nothing but nice and helpful, she should be the assistant manager

Every… single… encounter with Melissa, Rachel and Jackie are like catching up with old friends. They remember things about you and your needs. They're BEYOND friendly and accommodating and i genuinely enjoy them as people.
I refuse to shop anywhere else now.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is super friendly, always ready with a smile, and they're great at joking around and making you feel welcome. On top of that, they really know their stuff. You can tell they're knowledgeable about the products and genuinely care about what they're offering. It's always a smooth and enjoyable experience. I honestly prefer this place over anywhere else!
