Apologies for the racial highlight, i dont know how else to identify him - but the young male Asian sales clerk is exceptionnely rude and unprofessional. You work in customer service. Making your customers wait, with my card out and product in hand, for you to finish your conversation with your colleagues before you put the sale through is infuriating. You took at least 30 seconds to finish a conversation about why one of your friends is a flake instead of putting the sale through the machine. A lot left to be desired at SQDC Peel.

The employees know their jobs well and are really good. The big issue is the homeless people at the front who are begging for money, cigarettes, and weed. They can become aggressive pretty quickly.

I have not had a single good customer service experience at this store. Yesterday, the cashier was super rude and unhelpful. His friend came to see him while he was passing me at the cash. She says, "you look busy," to which he replies, "I don't care about them," loudly in front of me. This is also not a one time incident at this location.

Sqdc it's tok expensive the only reason it's convinient its because it's cheaper than kanawakee if they had more businesses and would be other private owners will try to conpete them i am not sure they will last
