The two recent reviews are just bizarre. No idea how a weed shop can make someone feel "unsafe" - that is an ugly attack on staff. And to whine about being ID'd just means they're doing their jobs. My experience has been 95% positive.

Worst customer service on earth. Awful people have worked here for way to long.. I just beat ovarian cancer after 20 rounds of chemotherapy. And they refused to serve me today because I didn't have ID .. absolutely so sad.. my name is Marla Lynn Blanchard and I am 29 years old and I hate this Montague weed store. I will never be back. From a sales point of view, this location probably makes zero money/sales lowest sales in country. I am one angry Canadian let me tell ya.

This cannabis shop was an unpleasant experience. The inconsistency in ID checks was alarming, as I was asked three times, while the guy behind me wasn't carded at all because I was followed into the shop, and the booth was left unattended. The atmosphere felt unsafe. The bud tenders we're unhelpful and disinterested. There weren't any products on display. Their product list is merely a Google Sheet, so you better know exactly what you're looking for, probably best to just order online for pickup at this location. The signage at the front is also particularly unwelcoming. Compared to other shops I've visited across multiple provinces, including one in Stratford, PEI, this shop stands out as exceptionally unwelcoming. I ended up walking out with nothing because of how unsafe I felt being in this shop and how awful their products were being presented. They also don't have wifi or any cell reception, so I couldn't even get on the website to show them the product I wanted that had listed they were the only shop with it in stock.
