I've never been disappointed from this location except for today there's two young amazing gentleman that always help me out always give me flavour profiles THC percentages whoever's working there today should not be working there. I don't know man it's $21 for an eighth job to sell the weed I don't know weed $21 and I asked the flavour attitude. not to mention after purchasing, I was able to find out the flavour profile myself by looking on the back of the container like the other two employees have showed me before great dudes. The female manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed I was committing fraud when she refused to accept a return. I picked a strain that I don't like by accident and noticed before leaving the store. I asked to return it for a different stain and her computer wouldn't allow it (due to a limit of $100 for returns, I would later learn about). She claimed it was my credit card that was the issue and she couldn't help. I called visa in store and they told me to leave the product and dispute the charge. She proceeded to call me a scammer and said I will be charged if I leave. She was acting CRAZY. She later called me and offered a full refund because she realized the issue was her system, not me or my credit card. I refuse to go back to this store after being labelled a scammer and a thief by this woman. She was literally yelling at me, never been so embarrassed for not doing anything wrong in my life. I can assure you that this happened in the location I am reviewing (Sunningdale and Adelaide). Thanks for the feedback and admitting you were in the wrong. This was a super awkward interaction and I really don't feel comfortable shopping in this store anymore due to the notion that I was attempting some type of fraud or scam due to an error with your system. I head a great experience coming in and being helped by Ryan the other day. He really knows the products and had great suggestions. Not sure about the last review about him being a creep, I was really surprised to hear someone say that. But, clearly seems to be someone that made a fake account with no real name just to leave a false review which is pretty sad. I've been in a few times now and he's always been very friendly and helpful!
Avoid going to this place at all cost as a woman rayn didn't make me feel comfortable at all last time here he seems to be a creep! staff member seemed to be high as well? Afternoon shift is worst
