Third time visiting over a few months and bare shelves each time. Considering your competitors all get product from the same source you'd think a decent selection would be a bare minimum differentiator. Staff also aren't cannabis users and had zero knowledge. No incentive to come here other than being the closest ocs store to me. Definitely won't be returning a fourth time.
Last 4 times I've been there over 3 months, there is absolutely no flower or pre rolls, just a few vape heads. Im not sure why this store is still open...
This review is hard to write. Service here is USUALLY excellent. USUALLY knowledgeable budtenders, and USUALLY a pleasure. The young (new) gentleman today however was full of misinformation, slow to service, and generally a bad experience. After this experience I'm not likely to return and wouldn't recommend unless without other options.
The customer service I received from Ryan was unparalleled by any CSR I've ever dealt with at any of these shops that I purchase my CBD at.
Ryan's interpersonal skills, knowledge of products, and determination to help me troubleshoot my customer experience should be an exemplar of what customer service should look like!
Give this man a raise!
Despite the amazing staff, the owner needs to have more product so they can actually sell stuff. It blows my mind how every single time I go there (which would be often since I live so close) there is never product or you have 1 selection.
Don't be fooled, they will tell you a shipment is coming but it never does.
I watched 3 costumers leave immediately because they did not have anything to offer.
also owner needs to fix the floors before someone gets hurt.
Don't even waste your time, and go to any other cannabis store in Orillia.
