I highly recommend this store, one of the best in Kingston. Their staff is not only friendly, but highly skilled in knowledge. The ambiance here is very inviting and comfortable. A special thanks to Maria for their professionalism and customer service.
I had an outstanding experience at Northern Helm Dispensary! The selection is impressive and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Alexis really took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I found exactly what I needed. The whole staffs friendly and professional demeanour made the visit even more enjoyable.
Possibly the best experience if you're looking for someone to help and walk you through the best product for you based on what pleasure or relief you're seeking. I've personally seen the staff on multiple occasions just simply take the time to listen and relate before any recommendations. This includes myself. Very few stores I've seen offer such individual direction without pressure. Thank you :)
Northern Helm is the first cannabis dispensary I have ever visited. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a professional way.
