DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I purchased a canaster of 3 pre rolls from the display model. After getting home I noticed the canaster had been tampered with and the canaster was in fact empty. Naturally, because this canaster came from the display model, I called the store immediately. I explained how this came from the display model so I understand if they don't keep products in the display models incase the product goes bad from sitting to long. I was expecting them to say this was the case.
This was not the case they said. They accused me of theft and would not help me. They man working there (Austin) offered to pay me the money I was out just to get me out of the store he said. That made me suspicious of him right away because who would offer that if they weren't guilty? I started crying and telling them I needed to speak to the manager and she was even worse to me.
I have never felt so mistreated as a paying customer in my life. The workers there are in fact stealing the products and knowing selling empty products to customers.
After speaking in a very calm manner on the phone the manager addressed my sister as darling in a very patronizing manner.
of which she replied "do not call me darling". that was the last thing said. After that phone call we went there to address the issue and was shot down immediately. yes a investigation absolutely needs to happen here within the employees of this store call the authorities already .

Terrible customer service. My friend purchased a pack of pre rolls, she was handed the ones that were on display with a sticker on it saying "display". When we got home we realized the canister was empty but there was residue in the container so there were pre rolls in there at some point… when she called and explained the situation and asked if she could come in and exchange them for a pack with actual pre rolls in it, she was shot down and told she was lying. The guy who worked there offered to pay for them just to get her out of the store… which seems sus (did you take them out of the package sir??) and then she was finally given a customer service # to call. When she returned to ask for a receipt she was told "I just want you out of my store". Terrible service from start to finish, and the guy there is a miserable, pretentious clowns. Assumed she was lying but quick to offer to pay for them to "get me out of the store" so yeah, she spent $30 on weed, actually got no weed, and nothing has been done to reimburse me. Go to Cana cabana instead folks. Great prices and better selection!
Worst dispensary EVER! The staff steal pre rolls and then sell you the empty package. Go anywhere but here. Terrible customer service and always out of stock. Oh and don't forget, they STEAL!!!
Oh and they make fun of the owner, the one chick with glasses says "they are more worried Bollywood then their store" lol Employee of the year!! NOT.
Amazing staff, beautiful store. May not have exactly what you're looking for but they do everything they can to find you a similar or better product. Keep up the great work team!
My new go-to spot. It's got lots of potential, especially in terms of space. If they expand their offerings and keep more stock (those back-forty disposables:)) this place could really shine. The prices are super affordable, and the staff is always helpful too!
