Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff but the prices don't compare to the other shops in town. Always spend more here... only stopped for convenience of location.

Honestly, the employees are amazing, knowledgeable, even caring, the management is just as amazing. They have done wonderful things for me and have been my go to shop since they opened. I have been a huge advocate. But, somewhere behind the scenes, up in the top where all the decisions are made has lost the plot.... When your prices are 25%-50% higher than the competition, what's going on? And don't blame the manager(s) work staff because I've seen them push products out of the door like it was black Friday

I have no idea how this review has been "transferred" to another store but whatever.
This has been my go to since they opened but I'll be ordering online from B.C. and growing my own from now on.
My last purchase I was happy with was at the beginning of September just before they ran out of a certain strain that had gone to a clearance price. That strain had been in stock at a ridiculous price (higher than OCS by 20%) since the store opened in April! So to finally clear stock (yes the stock from April) and re-stock with a slightly modified strain they had discounted it by Half of what they were asking.
Since then I have tried many of the suggestions from several employees, all have been extremely poor quality, low THC, very dry and many stems. My last two purchases were new suggestions from staff. I purchased 1g of each and weighed them. They came up to 0.2g and 0.1g. I can understand some drying, some water weight loss but 80-90% is either theft or fraud.
I had wanted to say something nice about the staff or store but a couple weeks ago one of the employees who has helped me out many times before actually tried to convince me to smoke stems and twigs. I wish I was making that up but he brought up getting lots of stems and twigs in his bud and that he had started smoking them and lik ..
