I've been to True North Cannabis several times, and I think this will be my last visit. The only professional staff I've ever dealt with are the women—if you end up with one of the guys at the counter, expect to be ignored or treated poorly. One of the younger guys even farted behind the counter while cashing me out and started giggling. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the store only has one working debit/credit machine, but staff will waste 10 minutes trying the broken one before finally moving you over. The rewards program isn't worth signing up for, and the entry rules are inconsistent—some people are let right in, while others have to stand around waiting for staff to slowly open the door. The place is poorly staffed, the selection is weak, and the overall vibe is unprofessional. I don't recommend this shop—there are plenty of other cannabis stores, including one just 500m around the corner, that provide a much better experience.

I really like this dispensary they are dog friendly and have great prices!! The only reason for 4 stars is because when looking online their stock is inaccurate. And they don't have a list of their stock in store so having to pick something can be challenging for people who know what they want or even if they don't know what they want because what if there's something I'd like that I've never tried and I don't know if you have it. The customer service is great tho they try their best to make you comfortable with asking what they have!
