Amber is the absolute best! If I'm in Niagara or the surrounding area I'll only shop at takeoff and stop by to see her! Shes super knowledgeable and friendly and bends over backwards to look after everyone as best as she is able. Cannot say enough good things about her and the shop vibe is clearly a reflection of her hard work, dedication and leadership.

I've been a good customer to this store for years spending thousands of dollars here. As of today I will never shop there again. Never before have I been told I couldn't buy a product off the shelf because they are too busy to put it in the system and I'd have to come back in an hour or two. Especially not after being loyal customer there for years. The majority of the staff are awesome it's too bad management brings it down.

Got a half full 510 cartridge & the idiot refused to help me. Not the first time I've had that happen there. I suspect they are ripping people off avoid going here. Super sketchy place
