They take people's orders and money while they are open and then close the store and don't deliver the items with no notice, refund or any kind of excuse. Why they are allowed to offer a service and not provide it is beyond me. Order was placed during business hours, confirmed, and then close the store and don't tell the customer at all. This company is a joke 🤣🤣

Worker was very rude and ignorant if it wasn't a mobile order and already pre paid for I would've taken my business elsewhere She's also smoking cigarettes in there i took my wife in there and she said the same thing manager's contact info would be appreciated

Reading the past reviews I notice people are ridiculous. I have been a constant customer for a year now I would say and the manager Kim and her whole staff, men and women, have been nothing but awesome to me. They always have a smile and truly care about their customers. I had an issue once and she solved it within 1 minute. If you are thinking about trying out the store, DO IT! Don't listen to the premadonnas who think the world revolve around them.

Edit: Today the shop manager KIM yelled at me at my front door and told me to not order from HER again if I cannot be home to answer the door when I order. This is beyond insanely BAD behavior for a manager no matter the reason. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. ZERO STARS. This shop has a manager named Kim who needs to be fired. She constantly sends my deliveries with the wrong items, she is inappropriate in calling and texting my cell phone repeatedly, she is rude and full of attitude and overall very unpleasant to deal with. The store would be better off without her.
