I've been a loyal customer since Day One. I love the staff and product selection is OK. My complaint is that you are no longer offering discounts for Seniors, or locals. Plus your "rewards" system has never worked. I've ordered at least once a week for 3 years and somehow I only have 80 points!! Then there are the multiple-use cards you offered that were never usable on any of the products you sold. Without the discount you are now the most expensive store locally. I will be taking my business to a Friendly Stranger in Midland as their prices beat yours now, by a significant amount.
