You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!

Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.

Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!

After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).

Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

This place used to be amazing but lately the customer service is actually terrible , they dont serve the people who stood their the longest, they make u wait , theirs 2 employees in the back , meanwhile theirs 9 customers upfront . Prices aren't worth it anymore. Sacrifice the 4$ ur save and just go somewhere else where ur in and out with professionalism and respect.

This has always been my go to place but the last month or two they don't have half the stock they normally do, the staff isn't knowledgable on the products in store, and nothing has any prices so you don't know if it's on sale for an elite membership or regular until you get to the cash as the prices are completely different from what's online

I shop there all the time I had an issue with a cartridge and was giveb the run around regarding the solution. They claim that you can return the cartridge if there's any issues but don't stand by it. I'm going to pass on the chain moving forward. Lesson learned

The store superviser of june 3 at lunch hours was not right my son in law went in and bought a vape his vape was half full and was told he can get a refund even though there is a 14day return police, my son in law call to talk to him and used a couple of cursed words over the phone as he was not impressed with the return policy that the supervisor did not want to take it back now he is banned from this place. We loved going at that store usually as we have good parking even though we live in aylmer this is the farthest store. But hope someone will contact me to talk with me

Most employees are very helpful except budget Wilson Fisk. Dudes a pain in the ass. He called out the wrong product so no one in line was claiming it and threw a little fit when it was finally figured out, refusing to acknowledge his mistake and acting like it's the customers fault. Never had a customer service worker so clearly display their dislike of their job and customers. If the prices weren't so good I probably wouldn't come back.
