We are an independent, family-owned cannabis retailer in the heart of Ottawa. Our Budtenders are the heart and soul of our company. They’re the first people you see when you walk into a Munchies store, and they’re on the front lines in our mission for cannabis education. “Destigmatization through education” isn’t just a nice slogan for us, it’s something we take seriously.

All of our Budtenders are CannSell certified and go through our comprehensive, in-house training and education program. Remember, there’s no such thing as a stupid question (especially when it comes to plants). Whether you’re buying for the first time or you’re a seasoned veteran, we’re ready, willing and able to help you find the right product for you.
