I purchased a vape from this establishment. It was defective. I came back to return it after a week once it decided to stop charging. The man at the desk was kind enough to contact his boss and get me the same product in exchange for the defective one. 2 days later the new vape that was given to me decided to stop charging again. Full pod of thc barley smoked. I visited on saturday may 3rd with the vape again and got denied service after i kindly asked if they can just give me a refund or a different brand of equal value and was told that nothing can be done and to send a complaint through the website. NOT PROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT ROBBERY! Im hoping the owner will respond and do something about it so I can remove the 1 star and keep shopping at this location.
