You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

I was waiting more than 6 minutes to be attended to. And another person arrived last and was attended before me. I think the employees attend to the nationals differently. Since I have had several experiences in that place only with me or with people of color
A little disappointed that I made an account and specifically came for a certain item that was displayed on the website, but when I got there, none of that item nor my account was there and so I had to go through the entire process again. The staff working were apologetic and kind but I wish the website reflected the correct inventory. Budtender even said things like this happen all the time.
The service here is absolutely atrocious, and extremely embarrassing on your part for the budtenders to be acting that way when a pop up is in store. One of the budtenders, specifically the one wearing sunglasses inside with writing on the lenses?? was following around customers texting on his phone, and the other one had no idea what products you carry, so he took forever, and then didn't bring back all the products I was looking for. Most of the time when you are actually looking for products they are out of stock on the website vs in store or vice versa. I paid for the elite membership because I thought it would be nice to have access to cheaper pricing, but I'll pay a couple $ more to speak to somebody with common sense. Unfortunately, most of your staff is lacking that, and they can't even sell your products, even the ones you WANT to buy because of their incompetents. There's a select few that actually know what they are doing.
Horrible customer service. I drive 30 minutes to get here. They would not hamachi product from another store (canna) and they were not friendly. I do not recommend

I'm adding to my is. So someone sold me a 40.00 elite membership in this store and said I'd save money. This is false information. Once I paid the 39.99 the cost was exactly the same as before I had this elite membership. I went bs I a week later to get a refund and was REFUSED!
She did I need to contact head office. So I did and there's been no response.
Do NOT trust this store. They are very unprofessional
Nothing against the employees.
Other than being told to wait at the door instead of just having your ID checked immediately, no one wants to wait. Have someone checking ID at all times if you expect people to wait. This wouldn't matter as much if the website was actually functional. It appears Canna Cabana DOES NOT want you to search or get the product you want without waiting at least 10 minutes, then they are most probably out of stock anyway. You can save time and effort just driving to another dispensary and actually have a website that works.
This review will remain 1 star until Canna Cabana actually makes a website that functions and has an ID checker ON THE DOOR.
