As far as the staff goes, Jess, Adam, and the new kid Peter are amazing. Probably one of the best parts about going is interacting with them and the service they provide. But ive stopped going because either the manager or the owner clearly dont care about their customers no matter how loyal they are. The over pricing is kind of insulting especially knowing theres places close by that sell the same products alot cheaper. Knowing that and still over charging feels like an insult. Now i go up the street to Oz where is way cheaper and even have 10% off everything on mondays. I went from spending hundreds to saving hundreds. Literally saving almost $20 on a Q each visit. Only thing i will miss is the 3 staff members and their service. If they lowered their prices it would be one of the best spots in the city. But the owner or manager needs to make some changes.
Fantastic shop, not like any other than I have been in that's for sure! Such a relaxing vibe. The essential oils in the diffusers is a great touch, extra welcoming. Staff are super friendly! The lady who helped me was great, she helped me pick out a gummy to help with sleep, and she was right! Definitely going to be my go to store now!
This is a fantastic store very knowledgeable about there products. With good prices and a very large assortment of products.
And the smells are amazing.
It's definitely a place you want to try
The only shop that still supports parents. Especially single parents. You can go to the liquor store and your kid can come in, but not a dispensary. Liquor is also everywhere but I still can't bring my child into the dispensary by law. Most dispensaries refuse service, this one serves you at the curb when they have the chance. Truly speaks volumes about good business practices. Amazing business, great staff and good environment.
The place was really cool and we were excited to check it out, however the person working was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn't seem to want customers in there or want to help us in anyway. She gave zero effort to interact with us and when I asked questions she was snappy in her responses. She was the grumpiest person I have ever encountered working at a dispensary and for that reason we will not be returning.
