i had an object in my eye.andrea suggested i go to optometrist. i could barely see out of left eye. the staff got me in to see the doctor who gave me an eye anesthetic that took pain away immediately. the doctor pulled a minuscule pebble from my eye. scratched cornea and ifeel great . thanks guys

Over the last few months, I've noticed this store really struggling. They seem unable to keep a lot of items in stock and the prices aren't what they used to be. But what annoys me the most is the customer service has gone way downhill. After a rude interaction with an employee, I went to Tokyo smoke. They literally had every single item I was looking for at a third less of the cost I was used to paying. To the rude female employee who pushed me to another store, Thank you! You saved me a lot of money if I never go back to One Plant!
