The employee put the wrong item in my hand charged me and when I looked it was wrong as I asked for a 510 tip then proceeds to tell me I'm stuck with it. The owners mother I assume made ot rite when 4 employees tell me it was my mistake without helping me. Will never spend another dollar in this business. I make 100,000 a year I'm not scamming a $30 510 tip. The employees that work there are unreasonable and can't get the order proper the customer wants.πŸ˜‰πŸ™Œ

This is a 5 star shop but the questionable customer service is what gets them the 1 star. Check everything before you buy! This was my favorite place to go... They called the Police on me today for wanting something refunded or replaced that was very clearly tampered with or in faulty packaging. The 3 Police officers helped me get a satisfactory outcome but this all really blew my Friday night buzz before i even got home to get oneπŸ˜’πŸ˜’πŸ‘Ž

Called the store today Saturday 28th at 1:00PM. I ask if they had the youcan orbit as I needed a dry cannabis vape. Went and bought it opened it up at home and realized it was a wax vape. Went back to the store and they would not exchange it because I had opened it. Warning do not go to this store..staff have know idea what they are doing
