No returns. Don't stand by their products. "Contact the company" ridiculous ETA: representative of tribal stated that all returns are processed through retailers. Again terrible customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Once again, they close two hours early with a petty notice on the door. They do this at least once or twice a week. Dependable? Chain owned? Must not be if they have doctors hours. DO BETTER.

I went in there for the first time after seeing the promotion on the website about getting 20% off your first order. I signed up there and then was told that it's actually 20% off my next order. The lady was really rude and unwilling to help resolve the confusion. I expect more from an established franchise.
