Met Olive today who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved how they carried mini packs vapes which are my fav disposable! Will be back for sure!
Just returned home from an amazing experience at True North! I had the pleasure of being served by Sierra this evening, but literally love all the staff there. I appreciate the knowledge they have and how willing they are to answer questions and have NEVER left with a product I didn't like. They also have an amazing selection!! Tonight I was walked through buying an accessory I hadn't tried before by Sierra and came home and absolutely loved it! My favourite North End dispensary!
Great place and wonderful customer service. Ciarra and Amanda are always super kind and helpful. They also tell me about all the new cool items coming into the store.
Store has been closed today never opened at 10am and still not at 1250 pm says open should have a note to let people now there not going to open waisted gas to drive there to pick order up 3 times now and still not open not good client care if they can't be at store when it's supposed to be open they should put closed and a note at least to not waist are time coming for nothing
some of the best customer service I've experienced at a cannabis shop. staff always helpful, friendly, and informative. never felt mislead or like I was trying to be upsold on anything other than what I went in for. highly recommend for all your needs!
