I have never had a bad experience at this location. If they did not have a product I wanted they would order it in specifically for me. The staff have always been courteous, kind and helpful. Yes, Sometimes the pre rolls don't smoke properly, but that happens at every establishment I've gone to. I'm sure if the staff could test every pre-roll they would not object and it would probably be the best job in the world however thankfully for our own benefit all packages come sealed. Thankful Exeter has a Cannabis Store. Totally Convenient.

If I buy a product that doesn't burn,canoes,won't smoke,I'd expect a refund,considering I spend 50$ per day,in one week that's $350 × 4 is 1400$ per month,I've been a customer since you opened, that's alot of coin to lose to Canna cabana just sayin,you used to stand behind the product you sold,what happened? Two 13$ joints is worth losing 1400$ I guess crazy times...

I've been coming here for my lettuce since I first starting smoking and I've never left here disappointed or upset! Staff is always pleasant and always up for a conversation, always friendly and they always have the best suggestions! Selection of course is amazing in terms of weed, but accessories are hard to come by in this shop and I'm more often than not dipping over to the convenience store or dollar store depending on what I need. Hope the shop gets more selection for accessories (like the giant grinder is great but idk how many people would need a grinder that massive - a smaller variety would be helpful) Other than that, everything else about this store is amazing!
