Hi there, I'm a loyal customer at fire and flower Queensway. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager Julia is the bomb! Ive been going there every month for over a year. Purchase some THC oil to help with sleep! Well the batch Did Not have any THC nor did it smell like it did! I return to the store to inform them of the missing ingredient for i replacement. Well there is absolutely no customer service they were trying to sell me other products. I said no, " this one works when there is THC in the Formula! So I left and I told them you lost a good customer will not ever go back again. Sad world that we live in there is absolutely no customer service left

This location has everything and at awesome prices. I'm pretty sure they will find something you need. That's what Andy of Queensway location did!!! I just asked about a few products and told him what I usually like and I got some goodies up my alley to bring home. Try this place out. They even have a dog refresher in their spot which is so cute. 10 stars! Shout out to Andy!!
