Great Dispensary! My go to dispensary, amazing instore experience clean and looks nice. Sometimes they may be out of stock, but when stock is there its usually great! about 95% of the employees are very polite knowledgeable and abnormally friendly and nice for a weed dispensary besides one of them. Asides from their long lines and sometimes not having stock its a solid 5 star experience.
I ordered online. I went in the next day to pick it up.
Not only Was my order not ready, but they had sold the last of one of my items that morning. This place is poorly run. I've been to the Brantford and London store and they always had my order ready.
Been going here since they opened pretty frequently. However, like typical new businesses that gain a strong foothold in the industry, they have been raising their prices what seems every 2 weeks after some of the other stores have closed due to Cost Can seriously undercutting them. I had love for this place but do not go anymore. PS...Any of the other stores will price match their products, some will even beat it!! Might save you a trip. Sorry Tcann.
Normally I have great things to say about this place but not today. Bought a cart almost a week ago and it's defective and the store won't refund it. Told me to email the supplier which I did that night and never heard anything back. Someone needs to make this right!
I have been shopping here a long time, until recently.
They were out of stock on an item and said they were refunding me as I had placed an online order that was pre paid, I never got the refund. When trying to call and get help with this, the employee just got defensive and said he processed the refund and he's the supervisor as well as the person who helped me. I did choose a different item after asking for something comparable and was charged full price for that instead of just the difference from the out of stock item, the recommendation was not comparable to my original choice and I was extremely dissatisfied, basically was robbed by the employee. I suggest not prepaying and only shopping in store, I will not be returning and will encourage the people I have suggested this store to stop going. Dishonest employees with lack of knowledge are running this store and don't care about anyone's business.
