Got ID at age 44, I've been to this establishment dozens of times and no problems. This was today around 430. I don't look under 19, sheet I don't look under 35. Do better, this doesn't look good.

I don't live in Ontario, was just passing through. I was talking on my phone with my girlfriend, discussing products and what i might want to purchase when the staff rudely told me to "hang up you cant do that here" I said "pardon me?" Was then told that I can't be on the phone and I can't buy for anyone else. Who said I was buying for anyone else? I said that this is a stupid policy, not being allowed to use the phone!! And informed them I would never shop here. The response was "good, we'll call the other stores and tell them not to sell to you either!!! Is this how you train your staff to treat customers???

I had a very pleasant experience over the phone the gentleman was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and pleasant as I asked several silly questions about my purchase as it was for my dog.He answered everything..I used to not really care what store I went to but due to the amazing experience I had. Specifically about cbd oil for my. dog.You have earned a loyal repeat customer I will now be purchasing all of my products there! Amazing job everybody.
