I have not once ever had bad experience! All the employees are great but Jeff is the man! I walk in I'm smiling! Knows his shit, funny, knowledgeable, has not once sold me anything I wouldn't smoke again! Highly recommend going here! Prices are great!

What an awful experience. I go in there after placing an online order for over $100, just to try to get upselled on everything in the store. After passing on everything he told me he'd throw in a lighter since I got a big bag, then went ahead and charged me for the lighter. What a scam.
Not the only person I heard this happened to either! Do better. I will take my business elsewhere
Me and my husband visited True North for the first time tonight, and we were helped by Jeff. He was very sweet, and definitely knew his stuff. Gave some great recommendations, and treated us with a saint's patience (I asked a million questions). Between the beautiful cottage feel to the store itself, the heavy focus on being Canadian, and the story of True North being a home-grown Chatham-Kent business, we will definitely be back to shop at this location!
