Ordered a delivery at 10:07 am then I called at 1:08pm wondering where my order was and they said they had to contact the driver and it would be on the way shortly. At 2:09 I called back asking where my order was and she was rude and said we don't have a driver I said what ? Why wouldn't you tell me that when I called at 1 then she said I could pick it up instead.
This has happened more than once.

I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a store service rep.
