It has been quite a journey to get here, but we are so happy to be open. We know it was a long wait, but we hope it will be worth it.
PRICE
We know how important price is, especially during the current economic climate. We have tried to set our prices so they are the same, or lower than, prices found in the other shops in Haldimand County. If you are able to show us a lower price for a product (same brand, size, etc) at another store in Haldimand, we will happily match it.
PRODUCT
We know that you likely have your favourite brands or strains so please let us know, and we will do our best to keep it stocked, so you can count on it being here when you come in. You may also have a new product that you would love to try….if so, we are happy to try and include it with our next order. We order on Fridays and our deliveries should come on Wednesday.
PACKAGING
One thing we noticed since legalization is the amount of packaging in the cannabis industry. We certainly don’t want add to this. We will avoid branded or printed bags and instead have a supply of 100% recycled paper bags (with no stamps or stickers) so they can be reused by our customers.…helping reduce the amount of waste in our industry even more.

Never has basic things like filter tips, owner is rude to customers and treats employees poorly, never pays employees on time, supposedly the company isn't doing very well and I see why. Go to hagersville there's 100 dispensaries there that have better weed for better prices.
Super nice staff!!! A little on the expensive side but they do have a nice wide selection. I've never purchased anything I don't like and most of the time I ask for a recommendation from the employee working. Nice that they're open late
This is WORST dispensary. Open till nine? Try 730 latest. Have tried to go multiple times and it is never open.

How do you even make money if you're never open. If you can't find staff to stay open until 9pm get better staff or change your hours.
Save your time and effort on this waste of a retail space and drive the hour to canna Cabana. At least you know they'll be open.

Went in for the first time, Brandon is awesome! Should definitely see him specifically, had no issue discussing and showing me multiple products while also being truthful and polite! Keep it up and will have my continued business!
The woman working behind the counter lied to my face. Explain to me how, after multiple attempts of my card kept declining. I told her to try it one more time with another machine, she went and grabbed the other machine. She told me it's not clover and that's it's my problem( nice response). Anyways she finally grabbed the other machine and poof works on the first try…so instead of troubleshooting the issue to try again, and receive the clients money, she'd rather tell me it's not working, and then it's my fault. THEN once I mentioned that the second machine worked like I recommended, she lied to my face and told me she used the first machine not the one that she had just grabbed. Then how come the receipt was sticking out of the machine that she had just grabbed from my purchase, ? how come the machine that I'd first tried to use was still sitting there on the counter saying error, l?? she obviously thinks I'm stupid. I will not be back here, you've probably lost about $200 a week in business. The woman behind the counter just so you know, a woman with very long acrylic nails, and to be perfectly blunt so you know exactly who it is..she is very fat
800 a month in business over a simple misunderstanding. I hope she's worth it as an employee!
